6. Requisiti di accesso del personale educativo
"E’ introdotta la possibilità straordinaria di regolarizzare chi lavora nei servizi pubblici di
nido d’infanza con il solo diploma di scuola superiore, così come previsto al precedente
capoverso. A tale personale viene data l’opportunità di conseguire la qualifica
professionale di educatore nei nidi d’infanzia e nei servizi integrativi a conclusione di un
corso di formazione professionale specificatamente organizzato della durata massima di
300 ore, purchè lo stesso abbia maturato, negli ultimi 4 anni, una significativa esperienza
professionale di almeno 22 mesi anche in maniera non continuativa, non computando
periodi inferiori ai 3 mesi ovvero ai 90 giorni nei nidi d’infanzia di sistema, ovvero nei nidi
aventi titolarità pubblica di cui alla legge provinciale12 marzo 2002, n. 4 e s.m.i..16
